In this video am bringing to you a weight loss challenge which is easy and can be followed by everyone.
I have dry roasted jeera and then powdered it. Boil water and then add this jeera powder. Let it boil for few mins, later strain and drink the water in luke warm consistency. This drink can be taken in the morning empty stomach or later in the night after dinner. Its an amazing drink.
