In this video I will show you how to make cheese steak sliders (not philly cheese steak lol)! This steak combines with melted provolone cheese and onion will bring heaven to your mouth! Coupled with garlic butter topped Kings Hawaiian Rolls, you’ll make these every chance you get! I make these for party food or a holiday type appetizer. Ingredients Needed:

– Thinly sliced/shaved sirloin/ribeye or eye of round roast (I started w/ 3lbs.)
– Kings Hawaiian Rolls (one dozen or 12)
– 12 Provolone Cheese slices (6 on bottom 6 on top)
– 1 Large thinly sliced onion
– Olive oil
– Garlic salt
– Black pepper
– Garlic butter (1/3 stick butter melted then mixed with garlic powder and dried parsley flakes)

Yummy! I love sliders and I’ve made the more traditional “funeral” sliders. This looks awesome too! It was so much simpler when I learned to use my electric knife to cut the rolls into a “top” and “bottom” 😀

For a camera recommendation I use both the Panasonic G7 and G85 they are amazing for the price and both do 4k. If you can afford it the Panasonic GH5S is AMAZING, it can do 4k 60fps!
